  • Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while considering the necessary preparations for your stay. Please review the details below:

    • Your reservation is fully refundable if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival or within 48 hours of booking. Otherwise, your reservation is non-refundable.

    • Group Bookings (for more than one suite) are non-refundable.

    We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to inform us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide any necessary support throughout the process.

  • As a measure of consideration towards all our guests, we maintain a strict no pet policy on our premises. We understand that pets are beloved members of families, but this policy ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone staying with us. By adhering to this policy, we aim to create a peaceful and accommodating environment for all our guests.

  • Your booking includes a dedicated parking space for one vehicle to ensure convenience and ease during your stay.

    Strictly, no buses or coaches or vehicles carrying more than 12 people are allowed.

  • Important Considerations for Booking Our Accommodation:

    • This is a self-service accommodation - there are no staff on site, however, your hosts will be reachable via phone or email should you have any questions during your stay.

    • Accessing the suites requires ascending two flights of stairs, therefore our property may not be suitable for individuals with mobility restrictions or those who have difficulty navigating stairs.

    • Please note that we are unable to allow private coaches or vehicles capable of carrying more than 12 passengers to pick up, drop off, or park on our premises. This is strictly enforced by council and if violated will result in the termination of your stay.

    • The spa pool is not exclusive to your suite. It is shared with one other suite and is available on a first come, first served basis. It can be used at anytime during your stay. Bookings are not required.

    We want all our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, so please take this into account when making your booking.

  • Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am.

    We have a luggage storage area, so get in touch if you need to drop your bags off early.

  • Not easily. The best way to get into town is by car — it’s about an 8-minute drive. There’s is also a bus stop nearby for convenient public transport. Taxi or Uber both pick up and drop off to our location.

    • 20 minute drive from Queenstown Airport

    • 15 min walk to Arthurs Point dairy, restaurants and Cafe

    • 8 minute drive to nearest full supermarket

    • 8 minute drive to downtown Queenstown

    • 25 minute drive to 5 mile shopping center

    • 40 minutes drive to Remarkable Ski Area.

    • 15 minutes drive to Coronet Ski Area.
